We offer fully-outsourced, end-to-end Managed Discovery solutions. Our highly experienced team employs lean, rigorously-administered processes to manage discovery projects in a defensible and cost-effective manner. From information identification strategies, preservation, collection, processing, review and analysis, we are dedicated to simplifying the discovery process.

You must to be a licensed attorney to be on one of our document review projects. Our teams have a variety of different experience levels in order to best serve our client. However, all attorney’s must be licensed in order to be on one of our document review projects.

After reviewing your resume, we’ll typically follow up with an introductory call. We realize that every person has a unique story and that attitude is an integral component to a productive work place so if all goes well, we’ll invite you to come in for an in-person interview. In addition, we’ll perform due diligence by following up with your previous employers, running background checks, etc. All of this helps make sure you’re right for us and we’re right for you.

Although there are no guarantees, our goal is to keep our lawyers as busy as they want to be. Some work only client-designated hours, while others want to work as much as humanly possible – we support both and, after getting a sense of what you’re looking for, we’ll work hard to deliver it.

It depends on the project. Our clients strongly prefer review attorneys who can commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week. However, some projects do not require a full time commitment, and part-time work may then be available.

For security and quality control reasons, our clients' reviews are performed in our dedicated review facilities. We do, however, offer flexible work schedules to accommodate busy lifestyles.

It completely depends on the project - anywhere between one week and six months, though the average project length is two months.

Compensation is commensurate with experience; meaning, every compensation decision is individual. We are very committed to compensating our attorneys fairly and remaining competitive in the marketplace.

Regardless, we make sure to provide feedback and communication consistently with our team in order to ensure we’re setting our employees up for success.
